Fiona has worked in customer service for over 25 years and she is a great asset to our practice. She is the Practice Manager and she ensures everything is in place to help our Podiatrists provide excellent customer service. She has been trained to advise on basic foot care needs and is able to identify which service and product the patient’s require. She is efficient and vibrant and makes every patient feel welcomed and valued. She was once called the “Best shop front in Brighouse”!
Fiona has a Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Dementia Care (RQF), this enables her to have a greater understanding and more depth approach with patients who require a little more assistance when booking and attending the practice for their appointments.
